Use of Our Services

Products and Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD and are subject to change. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website, even after an order has been submitted.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within our delivery area. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cooq.io with photos of the issue.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Subscription prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Reusable Packaging

Our products are delivered in reusable containers. You agree to return empty containers according to our packaging return program. Unreturned containers may result in additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cooq.io and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cooq.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cooq.io harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
