What is Cooq.io?

Cooq.io is a healthy food delivery service offering fresh wellness shots, plant-based milks, and bone broths made with clean, local ingredients. All our products are delivered in reusable glass containers to minimize environmental impact.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Greater Vancouver and surrounding regions. Enter your postal code at checkout to check if we deliver to your area. We're constantly expanding, so check back if we're not in your area yet!

What kind of ingredients do you use?

We use only the highest quality, locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. Our products are free from artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors. We prioritize organic ingredients and work with local farmers and suppliers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.

How long do products stay fresh?

Our products are made fresh without preservatives. Unopened products typically stay fresh for 5-7 days when refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2-3 days for best quality. Each product has a "best by" date on the label.

Orders & Delivery

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can place one-time orders or set up a subscription for recurring deliveries. Create an account to save your preferences and track your orders.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed before 12 PM are eligible for next-day delivery. We deliver Monday through Saturday between 8 AM and 6 PM. You'll receive:

  • Order confirmation email immediately
  • Shipping notification with tracking when your order is dispatched
  • Delivery window notification on delivery day

How much does shipping cost?

Standard delivery is $5.99. Orders over $50 receive free shipping. All subscription orders include free shipping regardless of order size.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order up until it's been dispatched. Contact us at hello@cooq.io as soon as possible if you need to make changes. For subscription orders, you can skip, modify, or cancel upcoming deliveries through your account settings.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Our products are delivered in insulated bags with ice packs to keep them fresh for several hours. We can leave your order in a safe location if you provide delivery instructions at checkout. If you prefer, we can also deliver to your workplace or another address.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Choose your products and delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Your order will be automatically processed and delivered according to your schedule. Subscriptions include free shipping and you can save up to 15% on products.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account to manage your subscription. You can change products, adjust delivery frequency, skip deliveries, update payment information, or cancel at any time. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Simply log into your account and select "Cancel Subscription" or contact us at hello@cooq.io. Your cancellation will take effect after your current billing cycle.

Packaging & Sustainability

How does the reusable packaging program work?

All our products come in reusable glass containers. Here's how it works:

  1. You pay a small deposit for each container ($1.50-$2.00)
  2. Rinse empty containers and place in the return bag
  3. Leave out for pickup on your next delivery
  4. Receive your deposit back within 48 hours

What if I don't have a pickup scheduled?

You can drop off containers at our location during business hours, or hold onto them until your next delivery. Containers must be returned within 30 days to receive your deposit back.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Are your prices competitive?

We believe in transparent, fair pricing. While our products may cost slightly more than mass-produced alternatives, you're paying for premium quality ingredients, sustainable practices, and the convenience of home delivery. Subscriptions offer additional savings of up to 15%.

What is the container deposit?

Each reusable container has a small deposit ($1.50-$2.00) that's fully refunded when you return the container. This encourages returns and helps us maintain our sustainable packaging program. Deposits are automatically credited to your account within 48 hours of return.

Returns & Quality

What if there's a problem with my order?

We stand behind our products 100%. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory product, contact us at hello@cooq.io within 48 hours with photos. We'll provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit - whichever you prefer.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of consumed items. However, if you're unsatisfied with a product's quality or taste, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
