We currently deliver to Greater Vancouver and surrounding regions. Enter your postal code at checkout to confirm delivery availability in your area.
Delivery Schedule
- •Orders placed before 12 PM are eligible for next-day delivery
- •We deliver Monday through Saturday
- •Delivery windows are typically 8 AM - 6 PM
- •You'll receive tracking information via email

Product Freshness
All products are prepared fresh and delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure they stay cold during transit. Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been consumed or are past their best-by date.
Reusable Packaging Program
We're committed to sustainability. All our products are delivered in reusable glass bottles and containers. Help us reduce waste by returning your empty containers!
How It Works
- 1Rinse your empty bottles and containers
- 2Place them in the return bag provided with your order
- 3Leave the bag out for pickup on your next delivery day
- 4Our delivery driver will collect them when dropping off your new order
Deposit System
Each container has a small deposit that's refunded when you return it:
Glass bottles: $2.00 deposit
Containers: $1.50 deposit
Deposits are automatically credited to your account within 48 hours of return.
Return Guidelines
- •Containers must be rinsed (labels can stay on)
- •Return within 30 days to receive your deposit back
- •Damaged containers cannot be accepted for deposit
- •If you don't have a delivery scheduled, drop off at our location
