Fried Rice With Bone Broth

Cooking with bone broth is an easy way to boost nutrition in everyday meals. Also, it's a great trick for picky eaters to get more nutrient dense meals without even noticing.

Cooking with bone broth is an easy way to boost nutrition in everyday meals. Its collagen, glycine, and other amino acids support gut health, joint mobility, muscle recovery, and even better sleep. Bone broth is also rich in minerals that contribute to stronger bones, healthier skin, and a more resilient immune system and because these nutrients are highly absorbable, your body can use them efficiently.

I love incorporating bone broth into our daily diet, not just sipping it in the mornings but also adding it to simple recipes like fried rice, pasta and soups. In this simple fried rice recipe, chop your favorite vegetables, sauté them in a little olive oil, and cook your rice using bone broth instead of water. The grains soak up all the goodness from the broth, making it a great trick for picky eaters to get more nutrient-dense meals without even noticing. You can add two eggs for creamier taste, also for protein . I usually eat fried rice as a side for my meat or chicken dishes but in busy nights eggs come handy.
